TheSenior Manager, Risk Data Quality will work to identify and resolve theenterprise-wide data needs. Thisincludes the sourcing of data, storage of data and ensuring the quality of datafor use in applications and reporting. The senior manager will work closely with business unit clients and ITteams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used tomake sound business decisions. It is essential that the senior manager have anunderstanding of the business at a level of detail that enables them toidentify and address critical issues. Thesenior manager must also understand how data is turned into information andknowledge and how the knowledge supports and enables key businessprocesses. The senior manager must havean in depth understanding of the business environment and an interest in goingbeyond the obvious, delving into the source, the definition, philosophy, andfoundational roots of a data element in order to create actionable information.This position will report directly to the Ocwen Risk & ComplianceInformation Leader.
Theprimary function is to provide “Triple AAA data that is accessible, accurateand actionable to users for direct consumption or integration with othersystems. The senior manager will workwith their business unit clients to develop data integrity, data quality anddata validation rules to ensure AAA data. The senior manager will also help to formulate the data warehousestrategy to establish one source of the truth for the business. The key responsibilities are as follows:
Solicitsinformation on enterprise direction, goals and industry competitive environmentto determine how own function can add value to the organization and tocustomers.
Makesrecommendations clearly linked to the organizations strategy and financialgoals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics.
Demonstratesawareness by providing clear explanations for actions taken relative tocustomer requirements, needs and industry trends.
Ability tounderstand a customer s business needs and translate needs into IT specificrequirements.
Appliesknowledge of the customer s functions and processes to develop business caseand business requirement documents.
Assesses thebenefits of recommended solutions.
Expressestechnical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusionsverbally and in writing.
Listensattentively and reinforces words through empathetic body language and tone.
Gathers andanalyzes information or data on current and future trends of best practice.
Seeksinformation on issues impacting the progress of organizational and processissues.

Key Result Areas
Managethe data quality aspect of large technical projects and help build a businesscase around technical projects with many variables and uncertainty
Executionof strategic roadmaps and programs to improve data quality and analyticsperformance at the enterprise level
Delivervalue to the business by increasing revenues and/or decreasing costs throughinsights gained from data initiatives
Bachelor s degree or equivalent working experience
Minimum 7 years experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science
Minimum 7 years experience in a financial services institution
Highly skilled in the design, development and validation of analytics and controls
Strong leadership and communication skills at senior levels
Hands on leadership roles directly managing data and analytics teams, and driving change within large complex global businesses
Track record of success in delivering information management projects and programs
Familiarity with Big Data solutions
Familiarity with data governance and quality control
Solution provider mindset
Adherence to best practices and methodologies for technical projects
Familiarity with data modeling and visualization techniques
