Job Description: Wolters Kluwer GRC division is looking for an Associate Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX.

The Associate Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for developing relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies. This relationship requires the Associate Fulfillment Specialist to be knowledgeable of GRC Solutions service offerings and jurisdictional requirements which will allow the Operation Specialist to be able to make decisions independently. The Associate Fulfillment Specialist is required to have strong customer service skills and be dedicated to going above and beyond for the customer in every situation. An Associate Fulfillment Specialist is a self-motivated, results driven individual who wants to demonstrate and develop his/her skills and who enjoys dealing with people and strives to attain his/her professional best. An Associate Fulfillment Specialist is a team player, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires multi-tasking, problem-solving and the ability to adapt effectively to change. An Associate Fulfillment Specialist should understand and support the mission, vision and goals of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Understand the product line, internal systems and processes, as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations to effectively and confidently manage and process information related to specific job tasks and continues to build job knowledge and skill set by attending appropriate training courses; completing all self-study reading, exercises, and activities in the prescribed timeline; engaging in one-on-one training, engaging in supervised processing ,accepting constructive feedback and implementing suggestions; studying information provided operations and marketing on an on-going basis and in timely manner; researching and learning how the products fit into customers’ processes and contribute to their business performance; reviewing competitor information to be able to compare and contrast them with GRC Solutions products; developing an understanding of the specific rules and regulations; engaging on training to utilize internal systems and tools, be trained on best practices need to function at a high level in a team based environment where the standard is to exceed our customers’ expectations every time.
•Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and utilizes best practices so as to ensure accuracy in order to deliver the highest quality product in a timely manner by using training resources, feedback and other tools as reference and be able to self- solve based on learnings.
•Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success by continuing to develop personal knowledge of customer base and preferences, works collaboratively and directly with internal and external customers and resources to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations and minimize customer impacts; managing client expectations on the timing, delivery and scope; facilitating the collection of competitive information to monitor business opportunities and trends; effective written and verbal communication skills, forwarding client requests and potential sales leads to internal resources (e.g., team lead, sales, IT); and providing feedback on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures in the corporate operations department.
•Contribute to the companies and teams goals by performing searches, executing filings and related transactional matters, effectively manage documents and monitor files, gain an understanding of personal and team’s goals and how they align with the company goals, and to work toward achieving them, understand each team member’s and personal role on a team in order to make informed and timely decisions based on current skill set and available resources to ensure a proper resolution to issues or problems; exhibits skills that will enable an OS to effectively and accurately work under constant tight deadlines and time constraints, while maintaining a quality product and is consistently fair, respectful and open mind in discussions regarding workflow processes or changes.
•Participate in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices by engaging in strategies for process improvement to meet organizational performance plans; and ensuring all activities meet or exceed organizational requirements and develop an understanding of the company’s market position and brand, and acquiring the necessary skills to protect the corporate integrity of classified materials, systems and information; Proactively pursues professional development activities (e.g., attending education workshops and training classes). Identifies areas of improvement for self and team workflow/product and shares those ideas with team manager.
•Represent Wolters Kluwer by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products, industry trends and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives; communicating in a professional, compelling, and articulate manner of speech, writing and formal presentation; behaving in a professional demeanor that demonstrate corporate core values and culture; developing professional and positive relationships with customers and colleagues; and maintaining a reputation of competence, integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline); OR, if no degree, 2 years of customer service experience, including:
oIntegrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
oGathering and analyzing customer needs
oUtilizing communication skills, including both excellent verbal skills and accurate written
oWorking independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a
oDiffusing potential volatile customer situations
oDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
oWorking in a fast paced, changing environment
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
•Industry related customer service experience
•Ability to multitask and manage/prioritize demands from multiple sources
•Knowledge of MS office/internet, ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
•Strong data entry skills
•Ability to work independently with minimal oversight of daily work
•Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
•Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
•Overtime may be required
