Rushmore Loan Management Services Jr. Analyst, Transaction Management in Dallas, Texas


The Jr. Analyst assists the Analyst and Transaction Manager in all aspects of loan acquisition, disposition, or securitization efforts (underwriting, servicing, compliance, and collateral).

Performs due diligence tasks related to the acquisition, disposition, or securitization of distressed and re-performing real estate assets. Assists Analyst and Transaction Manager in all aspects of loan acquisition, disposition, or securitization efforts (underwriting, servicing, compliance, and collateral). Should become familiar with trade level and loan level documents and understands what documents are necessary for funding. Must be self-motivated, willing and able to work in a very high pressure, fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to see “outside-the-box” and understand default reasoning when standard expectation/documentation is not available


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel [pivot tables, formulas, etc.], Power Point, Access)

  • Fluency with the advanced features of various software applications - including proficiency with spreadsheet and database software/applications

  • Ability to work copier, fax and scanner equipment


  • Supports Analyst and Transaction Manager in the day to day work flow in conjunction with the whole loan, REO or MSR acquisitions, sales, finances of mortgage loan portfolios

  • Assists in the coordination and reporting of mortgage loan due diligence reviews of residential mortgage assets, including identification, as well as proactive mitigation of collateral related exceptions embodying collateral document reviews, note, mortgage, title, endorsement, and assignment chain reviews

  • Review, understand, and act on resolution of post funding deliverables related to MLPA, side schedules, pending diligence orders, and special projects.

  • Promotes a professional image for RLMS through all interactions with sellers, servicers, vendors and all applicable parties

  • Performs day-to-day transaction management workflow tasks under the directions of the Analyst and Transaction Manager

  • Communicates daily findings to the Analyst and Transaction Manager

  • Meets both short term and long term goals as defined by management

  • Risk Analysis

  • Project Management (planning, implementation, and execution)

  • Other duties as assigned
