Role Purpose:

•Works integrally with the SVP & RVP’s of On-Premise National Accounts to manage and execute analytics corporately.

•Role focuseson the development and execution of commercial insights andBevAlthought leadership, as well as the management of syndicated data services for SGWS.

•Role leads Sales Analytics, Scorecards and Insights to track Channel & Sub-Channel share results and Performance Metrics

•Role leads the execution of analytics, best practice creation, and thought leadership for SGWS Corp, and Corporately Managed Suppliers, Dedicated Divisions and National Account Retailers.

Activities/Accountabilities (what the role does):

•Responsible for executing corporateanalytics initiatives, collaborating with Business IntelligenceCtrof Excellence and leading the development of commercial insights resources and creating cross over capabilities for the on-premise channel

•Primary sales metrics and business analytic reporting touchpoint for sales goals supporting a dept. of 16 sales execs providing analytics and summary findings for opportunities vs dept. goals

•Collaborate with Sr. Off Premise Analyst NA to further develop and customize scorecards for the on-premise channel, Sales Teams,Key Supplier Partners and Key Accounts e.g. Compliance, Fill Rates and NSV

•Track& identify market trends, category trends and analyze proprietary data to identify customer opportunity gaps, helping translate data into actionable strategies to grow SGWS share

•Lead the selectionand governance of syndicated on-premise data sources at SGWS

•Create presentations & deliver strategic findings as needed to customer & supplier leadership business development meetings

•Leads the deployment of Techonomic On-Premise Nielson tool and Go Spot Check On-premise menu item & pricing surveys

•Primary communication conduit for SGWS Supplier Management VP’s & Strategic Supplier Trade Marketing Brand Focus & Activities


Minimum Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred

•Minimum 8 years of relevant analytical and/or commercial work experience is required

•Minimum 5 years ofBevAlIndustry Experience is required

Must have the ability to find a solution in data, and articulate that finding and suggested course of action.

•Presentation Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Must be able to articulate analytic findings in a way that resonates with commercial customers and senior executives

•Client Service: Must be an effective client service partner, ability to field request and problems from all levels of the organization. Must also have the ability to refocus and push back on client requests that are out of scope.

•Project Management Skills: Must possess ability to take the initiative, pro-actively look for solutions, work and manage projects within tight deadlines. Must be able to set andmanage to deadlines provided to clients.
