*Must be able to work Friday to Sunday 4pm – 8pm; will be adjusted to 5pm – 10pm in the future. Must also be able to be flexible during the week from 4pm – 8pm with the 5pm – 10pm option TO APPLY!

Customer Service Representative

Our growing retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to assist our customers and help them with their orders. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Candidates will be:

Taking orders by phone

Taking payments from installers by phone

Relaying information to credit company

Data entry of orders

Following orders from placement through install

Contacting customer post install to gage experience

Updating orders throughout order process

Additional responsibilities with business functions when not servicing customers

Recapping customer touch points in order notes

Escalating as necessary select orders

Candidates must have the following:

  • Customer Service experience

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Microsoft knowledge

  • Basic math skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Pleasant phone voice

This is a contract position.
