Job Description Supports Supply Chain Management purchasing professionals in resolving supplier exceptions to contract terms and conditions. Coordinating reviews with affected stake holders and support negotiations with subcontractors. Structure subcontracts to incentive suppliers and ensure alignment with prime contract requirements. Participate in the development and publication of prime contract specific clauses for use in subcontracts. Draft unique clauses. Develop and publish instructions on use of purchase order terms and conditions. Create and maintain policy, procedures and communication to improve format, clarity and quality of purchase order terms and conditions. Develop and provide training on various topics including Government contracting, general terms and conditions, and Federal Acquisition Regulation and Federal agency clauses.
