Job Title: Complaint Quality Assurance Analyst

Individual is responsible for complaint investigations/evaluations. Process initial complaint samples when received. Ability to document in details samples condition. Support review and approval of investigation procedures and investigations. Support Medical Safety by documentation or referencing investigational findings, root cause, and CAPA that pertain to reported complaints in applicable complaint systems. Conduct trend analysis for complaints received. Support requested information for reporting to health authorities. Serve as a multi-functional team member to support MBR review, Floor inspection, retain management, visual inspections of samples, support CAPA's, and complaint investigations. Must complete tasks in required time frames. Responsible for the archiving of samples according to hazardous status and planned destruction dates.

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent with +7 years relevant industry experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent with 5+ year’s relevant industry experience

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent with 3+ year’s relevant industry experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control and/or Analytical Development.

Superior Attendance Record

Ability to give attention to details and completed appropriate follow through of job requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment

Comprehend and follows detailed written and oral instructions and compliance requirements

Must be able to work independently, demonstrate dependable performance under stressful conditions and possess excellent documentation and organization skills.

Technical writing skills is preferred.
