OfficeTeam is helping a company in the Irving/Fort Worth area as they search for an accomplished Human Resources/Office Manager. As the Human Resources/Office Manager, duties will include managing most, if not all, Human resource and Office Administrative functions.

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions

  • Supports department managers by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees, advising managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing new full-time and exit interviews; recommending changes

  • Designs and implements office policies

  • Ensures legal compliance

  • Oversees payroll administrating and benefits administration

  • Maintaining benefit records

  • Maintaining corporate calendar including scheduling and use of various conference rooms

  • Planning and scheduling special events

  • Work on other special projects for management as required
