OfficeTeam is helping a company in the Irving/Fort Worth area as they search for an accomplished Human Resources/Office Manager. As the Human Resources/Office Manager, duties will include managing most, if not all, Human resource and Office Administrative functions.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions
Supports department managers by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees, advising managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing new full-time and exit interviews; recommending changes
Designs and implements office policies
Ensures legal compliance
Oversees payroll administrating and benefits administration
Maintaining benefit records
Maintaining corporate calendar including scheduling and use of various conference rooms
Planning and scheduling special events
Work on other special projects for management as required
