Description

This is a Senior Programmer Analyst position in the Collections COE of the Shared Delivery Services group. The ideal candidate for this position must have good technical knowledge, creativity and technical vision in developing, implementing, and troubleshooting distributed applications on various platforms.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Participationin the full development lifecycle of new functionality and enhancements toexisting applications.

  • Interactwith Citi Onsite technical / Business teams to review the scope of thework.

  • Multitaskingin a fast-moving environment.

  • Hands-ontechnical development

  • Interactwith Citi Onsite technical / Business teams to review the scope of thework.

  • Provideanalysis, custom code development, and troubleshooting in the design,configuration, testing, and production support of one or more Citi technicalsolutions.

  • Interactwith Citi Offshore teams assign work and accept the deliverables.

  • Reportstatus of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server or any otherRDBMS – SQL Server preferred). 5-6 years. Should have the ability to write andperformance tune SQL.

  • ETL Experience (Pervasive preferred 3-4 years. Ab-Initio or DataStage or Informatica is also acceptable).

  • Windows Power Shell Scripting (1-2 years).

  • Experience in J2EE (2-3 years).

  • Autosys ( 2 years).

  • Experience with Web/Application Servers – Preferred but notmandatory.

  • Experience with Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schemaconcepts).

  • Rational Team Concert / Eclipse IDE (2-3 years).

  • Very good written/oral communication skills.

  • Credit Card Business knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong Technical Background and Analytical Skills.

  • Professional maturity in dealing with all levels of Managementand Staff.
