The Patient Account Representative – Cash Posting acts as a liaison between Navigant Cymetrix management and the client. This position provides all customer service interactions by telephone, mail and in person at both the hospital and off-site Patient Financial Services locations. Also performs any and all job related duties as assigned.

Outbound patient calling.
Liaison between client and Navigant Cymetrix.
Process and complete all business related requests and correspondence from Navigant Cymetrix.
Billing and rebilling of claims to insurance companies.
Retrieve all correspondence from client and forward to Navigant Cymetrix for resolution.
Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.
Assist client in all requested tasks.
Communicate to Navigant Cymetrix management areas of concern or areas of improvement.
Responsibility to Client:
Research and respond to all customer inquiries received by telephone, mail and personal interviews.
Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments.
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage, and process accordingly.
High School Diploma and/or a minimum of 1 years’ experience with a healthcare provider or an outsourcing company, or 1 year customer service experience.
PC skills in a Windows environment are required. Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel is essential.
Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently with minimal supervision required.
Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently
Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work
Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location
Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data
Generally works in an office environment
