          Emerson CNC Programmer in Missouri City Texas United States

          Responsibilities:

          The CNC Programmeris responsibleforthe following:

          · Create, improve existing and maintain NC programs

          · Specify tooling required for each machine and component

          · Review new part requirements for manufacturability on existing equipment

          · Recommend the best machine and tooling for existing processes and for new parts

          · Recommend improvement ideas for machining processes

          · Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s)

          · May perform other duties as assigned

          Job Requirements
          · Machine shop experience or experience with tight tolerances (.001)

          · Minimum three years NC programming experience

          · Knowledge of graphics based NC programming

          · Experience with Solid Edge and AutoCAD drafting systems

          · Experience with CNC lathe/mill machines

          · Oracle experience highly desirable
