Position Objective and Description:
The Brand Ambassador will assist with all aspects of the Principle Auto Marketing program including: representing Principle Auto at shows, events and promotions; educating customers and providing follow-up with new/potential customers, creation of marketing collateral & materials, web updates, etc. as needed. This position requires strong skills relevant to team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Brand Ambassador must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating bi-monthly email campaigns
Graphic design as needed
Managing company presence in various publications
Setting up and promoting local events
Creating reports on marketing activities and research
SEO & SEM
Ensure departmental compliance with relevant policies
Writing and coordinating press releases
Performing new product launch activities
Managing & updating website sliders, specials, and web content
Lead source & tracking phone numbers
Third party / Vendor management and reporting
Creating videos and taking pictures for website, events, and social media
Working closely with GM / GSM on marketing activities and reporting results
Maintaining marketing calendar
Ordering license plate frames, insert cards, key chains, etc... as needed
Managing social media presence for Principle Auto, its CEO, & COO approximately 20% of the time.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
Principle Auto Requirements:
High School Diploma a MUST.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be proficient in English.
Professional personal appearance.
Ability to work comfortably with the public.
Good oral communication skills.
Clean driving record.
Valid state of residence driver's license.
Required to pass a drug test and background check.
