Summary:The Head Military Acculturation Advisor (MAA) is responsible for providing full life cycle MAA supportin connection with the 82ndTraining Wing Royal Saudi Air Force Engligh Language Training Instructor at Sheppard Air Force Base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Manage the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the multifaceted RSAF program.

  • Manage the fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.

  • Provides strategic technical subject matter expertise.

  • Manages the supervision, overall administration, and coordination of the required MAA services.

  • Manages schedules and reviews work discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with the customer on policies and ensure policies, procedures and goals for the project are communicated and adhered to.

  • Abide to the goals of the organization.

Non-Essential Duties:Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:Responsible for overall supervision and day-to-day management of all program staff; up to 15 FTEs to include Senior MAA and MAA. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Chenega policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • 20 or more years of experience managing a project of similar size and complexity.

  • Experience managing ESL programs for the US Air Force

  • Must pass standard background check

  • Must be capable of managing multiple projects with time related constraints in a fast paced contract manufacturing environment.
