Are you a Digital Content Manager with 3+ years of Social Media and eMail Marketing experience?
What You Will Be Doing
Social Media Strategy: Content creation, curation, and account management across Facebook, Facebook Place Pages, Twitter, Google Places, LinkedIn, Foursquare, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.
Develop and/or maintain comprehensive digital strategy, manage appropriate content on social networks, respond to subscribers accordingly, track social growth and relevance.
Supervise Social Media Coordinator: Provide messaging and brand voice guidance for all customer responses on social media and email, collaborate to establish content schedule and execute Taco of the Month digital launch.
Develop and/or maintain comprehensive email marketing strategy: Responsible for design and execution of our newsletter focusing on rotating specials, new store openings, company events and other promotions.
Manage subscriber growth and list maintenance.
Develop opportunities for interactive content, devise new ways to reward subscribers.
Website Management: Work with IT and web developer to maintain complete workability of our domain, manage photographic and editorial (blog) content on website, maximize site SEO.
Optimize the digital presence of all new locations, including website, social media, Google, Foursquare, etc.
Metrics: Monthly updates to Director of Marketing to track follower growth, post reach, website traffic, and to generally determine social ROI.
Ongoing tracking and archiving of all media mentions (paid & earned); report monthly to Director of Marketing and Company Owners.
Partnerships: Strategize, manage, and execute any and all partnerships including but not limited to social media contests, giveaways, in-store events, new store openings.
Attendance: Weekly meetings with Director of Marketing, attendance at new store opening parties and other local marketing events, workshops & training (varies).
Lead: Quarterly content planning meetings with Marketing Department to determine content and digital asset needs.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related preferred.
Expert knowledge of existing and upcoming social platforms and trends.
3-5 years managing a brands social/digital presence with proven success record.
Ability to perform field work (Launches, trade events, store promotions, trade shows, etc.)
