Recruiting Specialist/Lead (Contract)
Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Irving, TX 75063
Recruit for Licensed Sales Agents (LSP) in Texas to include: developing and deploying sourcing and recruiting statewide recruiting plans and strategies, as well as, creating new recruiting ideas to hire the best possible talent. Provide leadership to build Business Plans, Forecasting staffing needs for each Territory, and communicate and/or conduct presentations to large groups.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute recruiting plans for LSPs for 4 territories in the state of Texas (i.e. Network to find passive candidates, develop email campaigns, research and recommend new sources for candidates, career fairs, internet job boards, social media etc.).
Work with Territory Sales Leaders and Recruiting Manager to understand and define staffing needs
Source and screen candidates to fill opportunities and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Create and develop effective Recruiting Metrics and reports. Must be able to provide continual updates to status of openings and available pipeline of candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up with Territory Sales Leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Work with the Territory Sales Leaders, Field Sales Leaders, Agency Establishment Team and Regional Sales Leaders/HR Business Partners to review candidate pool.
Work with the Regional Sales Leaders/HR Business Partners on reporting metric and ROI measurements (Candidate, Source, Time to Fill, Field Sales Leader Name, etc.)
Post positions to appropriate sources
Manage candidates through the Application and Onboarding process. Assist new Licenses Sale Professionals meet state requirements.
Create required data or information, in an Executive Summary format, to present to Management
Minimum of 3 years Senior Level Recruiting experience; preferably in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry; Sales, Staffing, etc.
Proven leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including Management
Experience in developing and implementing Recruiting Metrics and Reports.
Excellent communication, public relations, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to deliver effective and compelling presentations to large groups
Be able to adapt to new situations and challenges and embrace change.
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft products; experience navigating Windows and Outlook.
Must have a strong work ethic
Must have excellent attendance and dependability.
Must have minimum of High School Diploma/GED
