Camping World and Good Sam Accounting Admin in Lubbock, Texas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify correct approvals for all payables prior to posting

  • Accurately and timely post vendor payable invoices

  • Reconcile monthly vendor payable statements

  • Reconcile intercompany parts vendor invoices for accurate posting

  • Process weekly vendor payments per approvals from Accounting Manager

  • Update vendor information as needed -- annually request W-9 forms

  • File vendor invoices with payment

  • Update new inventory purchases as received

  • Make inventory files as needed for new inventory purchases, consigned units, and used purchases

  • Backup for deal posting

  • Assist accounting team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of computerized accounting

  • 2+ years accounts payable experience

  • Have excellent organization skills

  • Able to work in a team setting
