Bank of America Lead Operations Representative - Centralized Operations Support in Plano, Texas

Job Description:

Responsibilities may include: basic level reporting, customer service support, reviewing and processing transactions for item processing and performing other support operations functions as required. Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet bank standards. Ensures quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. Performs all the functions required at the Sr. Ops level and typically acts as a workflow coordinator and/or a subject matter expert.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in loan production environment or equivalent work experience

  • Strong computer navigation/literacy skills

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent team work and customer service skills

  • Manages risk effectively

  • Goals and results-oriented

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while paying attention to details as well as maintaining quality standards

  • Demonstrated pipeline management skills

  • Takes ownership, self- motivated and highly organized

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods

Desired skills:

  • Loan processing experience in Fulfillment environment
