Lead cross function teams (process engineers, device engineers, R&D engineers, equipment engineers, test engineers) to develop and qualify new BAW process flows for high volume manufacturing
Develop and integrate new BAW process flows into existing production flows to achieve best in class filter performance with high yield
Design corner experiments to identify potential manufacturability issues and key process sensitivities to ensure the released process flow is manufacturable
Collect, analyze, and use characterization data to verify new process flow is meeting specifications
Present qualification data to Technical Review Board for release to manufacturing
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant discipline with 5+ years of direct experience with high volume semiconductor process development and integration
In depth knowledge of all semiconductor processing steps and their interactions, experience with BAW device processing a plus
Understanding of BAW device theory and RF testing a plus
Detailed understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
Familiar with FMEA and FA techniques required
Must be able to lead diverse and cross functional team to meet project goals and schedules
Strong teamwork and communication skills are required
Organized approach to problem solving is a must
Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SpotFire, JMP, MiniTab required • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experienced process integration leader with excellent project management skill
