  • Lead cross function teams (process engineers, device engineers, R&D engineers, equipment engineers, test engineers) to develop and qualify new BAW process flows for high volume manufacturing

  • Develop and integrate new BAW process flows into existing production flows to achieve best in class filter performance with high yield

  • Design corner experiments to identify potential manufacturability issues and key process sensitivities to ensure the released process flow is manufacturable

  • Collect, analyze, and use characterization data to verify new process flow is meeting specifications

  • Present qualification data to Technical Review Board for release to manufacturing


  • BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant discipline with 5+ years of direct experience with high volume semiconductor process development and integration

  • In depth knowledge of all semiconductor processing steps and their interactions, experience with BAW device processing a plus

  • Understanding of BAW device theory and RF testing a plus

  • Detailed understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)

  • Familiar with FMEA and FA techniques required

  • Must be able to lead diverse and cross functional team to meet project goals and schedules

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are required

  • Organized approach to problem solving is a must

  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SpotFire, JMP, MiniTab required • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Experienced process integration leader with excellent project management skill

  • Expert knowledge of processing and process integration who has successfully
