The Infra Tech Support Specialist will apply application updates, perform version updates , remediate vulnerabilities identified by AFS IT Security, perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents, mentoring junior level team members in expanding their technical knowledge and skills, as well as provide backup support to the Products Team Lead and assist in keeping all service and operational level agreements.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Server Administration, Microsoft Server 2008/12/16

  • Minimum 3 years of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager, Configuration Manager, or Orchestrator

  • Minimum 2 years of MSSQL Server Administration, non-DBA with Transact SQL and SQL Server Reporting experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Microsoft IIS with HTML/5 experience

  • Minimum 2 years of VB and/or PowerShell Scripting

  • US Citizenship required

  • Willing to live or relocate to San Antonio, TX

  • Proven Ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
