Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting by serving as a strategic partner with hiring managers by defining open positions, sourcing candidates, attracting, and hiring diverse talent.
Preferred Qualifications
PHR preferred. Demonstrated successful sourcing strategies that resulted in reducing time to fill for crucial roles. Familiarity of sourcing for APP’s, RN’s and other roles that support Population Health Management and Accountable Care Organizations.

Leads the full life cycle talent acquisition efforts for open positions in a variety of medical and academic specialties. Develops sourcing strategies that result in the selection of best talent for the institution. Drives highly qualified candidates through the evaluation and recruitment process, including offer, negotiations, and orientation.

Builds and maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, department leadership, candidates, and the community at-large to get a full understanding of their strategic goals. Provides consultation, education, and training to hiring managers regarding the recruiting process.
